This Wednesday’s Wonder: The Before I Die wall in Prague, Czech Republic.
As kids, it isn’t “before I die,” but rather “when I grow up.” And then comes the dreams. “I want to be an astronaut!” “I want to be a billionaire!” “I want to be the president of the United States!”
And then somewhere between all that growing up and the cold hard reality of life, we’ve realized that dreams are just that: dreams. And they mean nothing without goals. Goals are everything we want to accomplish before we die.
The Before I Die Wall in Prague is like the open forum for goals. Maybe putting them in a public space will help them come true. Maybe it will help inspire someone. Maybe it’s just words on a giant chalk board. Whatever it is, its meaning is different for everyone.
Before you die, what do you want to achieve?
